Weight loss story: “I ate my daglig macros, took micro-nutrients and did a combination of exercises to lose 25 kilos”
My breakfast: Non-Fat Greek yogurt with banana, chia seeds, and granola. Green protein smoothie with banana, greens, mixed berries, chia seeds, and yogurt with plant-based protein. Overnight soaked Oatmeal with fruits.
My lunch: Rice & beans or chickpea/carrot/celery/olive oil salad or pasta with lots of vegetables. Indian vegetarian homemade food.
My dinner: Boiled eggs, a big bowl of salad, and lentils with little rice.
Pre-workout meal: Generally, if the workout is less than 45 mins, inom work out on an empty stomach. But for longer and high-intensity workouts, I eat sweet potatoes, bananas, Granola bars, Avocado Toast, etc.
Post- workout meal: Protein/Fruits/Vegetable/Nuts/Almond Butter smoothie/Chocolate milk
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Burger & Fries every weekend. I love pizza & Indian spicy food.
