Nearly a decade ago, an improbable dream came true for Deaf West Theatre and its founder, Ed Waterstreet. The small, L.A.-based company went to Broadway with its signed and spoken version of the musical “Big River: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.”
Even as he savored their success, Waterstreet had another dream — creating an original musical inspired by Edmond Rostand‘s “Cyrano de Bergerac.” What better tale for his theater to tell than one that explores the universal desire to express oneself?

Michael has over 25 years of experience in full-service tax preparation, specializing in US expatriate tax and complex tax returns. Prior to founding Water Street Associates in 2007, Michael began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and then with Arthur Andersen as Tax Manager. Having the opportunity to travel on several assignments abroad in Europe and the Middle East early in his career, Michael’s expertise also includes complex high-net-worth individual tax returns, and business filings, as well as knowledge of expatriate and foreign national tax issues.
By approaching taxes holistically, Michael takes the time to understand the needs and goals of our clients in order to provide the best-case scenario for each particular tax situation. Michael and his team of tax professionals believe in establishing long-term relationships with our clients and growing alongside them.
