In , he achieved his MFA from the Repine Academy of Arts in Leningrad (St. Petersburg). Through a mosaic interest and a concern for African motif, Artist Lulseged has developed different philosophical approaches to his work. He has created modern art by studying traditional Ethiopian Art. Artist Lulseged has served as a civil servant at the Ministry of Culture and Information as well as the Ethiopian Tourism Commission.
